United Power & Controls kept changing appointment times, showed up unprepared, and provided poor-quality repairs. The problem returned quickly, and they refused to offer follow-up support. Very unreliable company with disappointing service
Terrible experience with United Power & Controls. They misdiagnosed the issue, overcharged, and never returned to finish the work. Communication was frustrating and unprofessional. I regret hiring them and won’t use them again
I have not had the pleasure with doing business with Mike personally. But I can vouch for his professionalism as well how he cares. I reported an issue with one of his drivers on the highway yesterday. Mike took time to contact me to let me know his steps to follow up. It is apparent that he truly cares for his company. I am not surprised Mike has consecutive five-star reviews. United Power and Controls finished a complex job with my next door neighbor and I today. We passed our inspection with flying colors this morning, and I could tell the inspector had a lot of trust in the quality of Mike's work as demonstrated by the collegiality and responsiveness of the inspector. So happy to finally find an electrician we can count on! Mike replaced our panel and added additional circuits last year. He was totally above board and got the required permit, we had Xcel and Denver inspectors come check his work upon completion and everyone said he did a great job. We recently had a fire scare due to our aluminum wiring and he came out within an hour after the fire department left! We had him replace our outlets and switches with aluminum rated devices.
