After being a member owner for 20 years for the first time I was a month late in paying my electric bill. Never received a disconnect notice but they shut it off. Then they turned around and charged me a $300 deposit. They are no different than Xcel Energy. The crap they say about the community and the members is a bunch of BS. They are a corporation looking to fleece their members like everybody else
