Worst co ever. Avoid at all costs
probably one of the worst companies i’ve ever encountered. have a problem with the pool, nobody answers the phone and when they do they say they’re sending someone out and never do. hard to get a hold of, unreliable, and overall just rude. the employees at the call center are the worst. how do you treat your customers like this? would never go back or recommend to anybody ever.
I am a resident where this company is contracted. This is the first year we have them. The pool is closed when it should be open on several occasions. All they say is that they cannot find attendants. Well why did they accept a contract if they can’t fulfill it? July 4th weekend the pool was closed on the 1st. I called the number on the door to ask why. I was told that the attendant may be on lunch break. The person I spoke to us also said they don’t have to talk to a resident.
