They left my hose running with no plan of turning it off, when no one was at the house. Thankfully we went there before it overflowed. They also left the keys in the fence multiple times. When confronted with these issues, the denied all accountability and refused to close the pool 10/10 would NOT recommend using this company
Another job well done by United Pool Service! The owner Justin and his team do such a good job and are super professional, can’t recommend them enough! So pleased with my weekly service this past summer, they were always super efficient and handled any issues with my pool as soon as they happened. I will definitely be back next spring season! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They leave keys in gates, lose keys, leave hoses running unattended when no one is home, without saying anything. Accept no blame and then refuse to close end of season.
United Pool Service literally came to our rescue in the middle of the summer when I had a major issue with the pool company I was in contract with for 18wks of wkly cleanings/ service. Pre paid !!! Used this other company for over 12yrs . We are very loyal customers. But this particular pool company has been bought out by owners who literally don't give a hoot about you.
