I called for service on a couple of problems with my pool. I couldn’t get my regular pool company to show up. Not only did United Pool Service fix the problems but they came out the same day I called. They weren’t my regular pool company but now they are. Excellent service and response !
Unbelievably awesome service! They were kind, knowledgeable, super efficient, and went above and beyond to help us! I am still in awe as to how fast everything worked out! They even fixed an obvious oversight that our previous pool company missed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Highly, highly recommend!
Our pool pump crapped out the other day. Mike came out the next day and we got a whole new system within 48 hours. United will be our new pool service company.
I experienced every pool owners nightmare a few weeks ago - I went away for the weekend and my pool pump died, during the summer heat wave - algae field day! I had a series of issues happening all at once, pool pump died, filter grids ripped pouring DE in the pool, salt cell fuse blew - nightmare. I called my new friends at United Pool and they were fantastic! A tech named Gary came the very next day, diagnosed the pump and installed a new one in the same visit. We started using United Pools when they opened in Pine Beach so close to our home in 2021. They have remained consistent for the years we've used them, and we trust nobody else to touch our pool. They go above and beyond every single time we need something. We can't say enough wonderful things about Justin, Jen and the entire crew.
