A lot of pretense for a mediocre experience. The facilities and WiFi etc are good. The service is terrible. No cups for coffee for 15m. Dishes aren’t cleared from the table. The wait time for the dining area is more than an hour. Very overcrowded, long lines at the mediocre cafeteria quality buffet. Seafood options not available. Send the management and staff to Asia for some training on basics of service.

This was a HUGE disappointment! The place was a disaster, with uncleaned tables everywhere, finding it difficult to find a place to sit for fear someone else was still lingering there. The buffet was worse than Golden Corral, but with significantly more empty items than were available. This would be a reason I would intentionally seek a different airline when traveling business or first class

This lounge in SFO is the worst, it’s too crowded ,not like a first or business class lounge. Looks like a food court, too big but not enough servers, the servers ignored you and so arrogant. It’s not a place to be enjoyed and relaxed.

For a business class lounge, I kind of expected better. The food at the restaurant was decent, but the buffet food was worse than some PP clubs and definetely worse than Amex lounge food by a mile. United needs to step their food game up , it's easily the worst out of any major airline.

Richtig gut und weitläufige Lounge. Sitzmöbel, Speisen und Getränke sind von bester Qualität. Es gab sogar Franziskaner Weißbier vom Fass - große Empfehlung!
