By far the best airport lounge I have used to date. From entering to exiting, I was very impressed with the layout, the space, the food and beverage offerings, as well as the excellent customer service from the staff. The lounge was spotless, the bathrooms were always cleaned, and the staff were very attentive in cleaning up dishes pretty quickly. The in lounge restaurant was fantastic. We arrived at the lounge at 830 pm on a delayed flight from IAH. We were told that the food and bar would be open till 9 am by the front desk supervisor. We got a drink a piece and got some food and then went to get a second drink at 850 am before the bar closed and the bartender said the bar was shut at 845 pm. I went and talked to the supervisor who made the 9 pm announcement and she talked to the bartender and he said the bar was shut and she apologized for being wrong. Top notch! Everything a lounge should have and more incl. dining and showers
The amenties at this lounge were absolutely amazing, this is truly the cherry on top for the Polaris experience when flying with United. I spent 12 hours in this lounge because my flight got delayed until the following morning and the time passed by so fast!
