Overcrowded; foot mediocre; regular United Lounge much nicer. Fancier furniture doesn’t make up for space, comfort and better food service. You’ll already be looting be in a cramped space for hours in your flight- why start sooner than you need to

WARNING: if you have a party of 7 and one person is in economy, they will not be allowed into the lounge. The person at the desk AND supervisor were smiling and getting off at their ability to inconvenience us. If you’re looking for a luxury experience, go somewhere else. We will be! Nasty, nasty staff.

I've used the Polaris Lounge at EWR dozens of times (I can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet), and I am always very pleased with the food, service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience. The coffee is always fresh, and the buffet selection is tasty and replenished frequently. If you have enough time, you are welcome to sit in the proper restaurant area and order from the menu.
