Rude front staff
Arrived early on a Sunday morning and it was not crowded. Decent breakfast buffet options. The dining room offered even better options. Tried the chilaquiles and beef empanadas, both were good. Service was great. Everyone especially the ladies seem genuinely happy to work here :). PSA: I didn’t see oat milk option next to the coffee but when I asked, they were able to provide it from the kitchen.
Rude woman at the front desk who acted like she was a bouncer behind a red velvet rope at an exclusive Miami club. Food was ok, nothing to write home about.
if there are international star alliance flights leaving at 10pm why the heck would you close at 730pm. utterly dissapointing decision united. so many international flights have late night departures. and worthless.
Good thing United lounges in IAH are a thousand times better than SFO! First time on a Polaris lounge and the dining option was superb. The young lady waitress when I was there on July 24 betwen 3-330pm was amazing! Best service I think I had anywhere. Very efficient!!
