Overall good. There is room to improve food variety. Champagne was ok but not spectacular. It was not crowded.
What a great start to our journey to Germany. Located in E terminal - The Polaris Lounge is a great place to relax, get a bite to eat and get a great view of the tarmac from its 4th floor location. We choose to sample the appetizers, meal and dessert. Staff is most helpful making sure your travel experience wonderful. Enjoy your next experience here.
Our first Business Class flight and my first time at the Polaris Lounge — such a great experience! The food and desserts were amazing, and their chocolate was absolutely delicious. One of the supervisors, Priscilla, was especially helpful. She was very sweet and welcomed us warmly.
