Whenever you use a service company we all consider normal things like cost, timeliness, quality of work and experience. 1# United is very reasonable in cost: I received 3 quotes for a water heater repair and United was lower by 20-40%. 2# Not only were they on time, they fit us in the schedule to accommodate 3 days earlier knowing my wife was expecting a child 3# All the work was done using good materials and neat installation. My daughter flushed something down the toilet and Jose and another guy were able to come and get it out! Thankfully I didn’t have to buy a new toilet! Definitely recommend this company and will be using them from here on out! Thanks again!!
