One of the most professional company I’ve ever worked with. Robert was very professional handled everything himself. Took care of my issue promptly. His guys were really professional clean and did extra work by strapping my water heater and starting a pilot for me making sure everything is working before they left. So I scheduled at appt for work on a condo shared line for tomorrow. I'm on the bottom of a two story condo and I get all of the flooding on a shared line. I made the appt on Tuesday based on a message from United's receptionist that the work was my responsibility after Robert came to look at the issue a week and a half ago. Then two days after I made the appt, I was told by the Property Manager that it could be an HOA issue so submit a work scope first, so they can review it before I pay for it in case the HOA may cover it.... read more
