Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with these folks. I've tried reaching out for a few months to see if we could resolve the issues, but have not received a single response. We hired United to do the plumbing for a small cottage in our backyard. At the beginning we really liked the guy that was heading up our project (John possibly?), but then small mistakes started cropping up - for example, a drain pipe set three inches in the wrong direction prior to pouring the foundation which required us to change the framing plan a... read more
