Excellent Service with an Excellent Attitude !! I had a problem with my water pressure & it was also effecting the hot water service.. Another plumbing company came first { not booked my me ! } & they suggested that we remove some trees in the garden because that will be effecting the water pressure ! 🤔 I wasn’t happy with that suggestion ! My name is Jenny L. My rooftop solar hot water died for the 2nd time. No longer under warranty with Rheem and very expensive to replace. I contacted Brad M and Brianna at United Plumbing, who were very professional and provided a range of options at competitive prices. I had a smart HWS installed by Matt, Zak, and Eddie. They were so polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I highly recommend United Plumbing and would use them again for sure.
Great service from start to finish. It was very easy to arrange the appointment. The plumber was professional, fast, and did an excellent job on the repair. Very happy with the result and would definitely use them again.
