Special shout out to technician Vitaly who stayed late until 9pm to make sure we have hot water back on running before he left. His workmanship, professionalism and attention to details is above and beyond our expectation.

I recently had United HVAC install a new ducted heat pump system in my home, and the entire experience was very good. From the beginning their communication was very clear, so I always knew what to expect next. They handled all the complicated permit paperwork, scheduled the inspection, and guided me through the eligible rebate programs. United HVAC & Plumbing’s technicians were professional and good communicators. They came when scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly. The team worked quietly, quickly, and cleanly to replace a long kitchen drain and a leaking toilet. Both repairs are working well and are improvements in the previous conditions. (We have an old house and it has seen many fixes over the years.) I would definitely hire United HVAC and Plumbing again for any needed repairs!
