Friendly and professional service technician. Melvin performed a tankless water heater flush and also the plumbing inspection of my home.
United HVAC & Plumbing’s technicians were professional and good communicators. They came when scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly. The team worked quietly, quickly, and cleanly to replace a long kitchen drain and a leaking toilet. Both repairs are working well and are improvements in the previous conditions. (We have an old house and it has seen many fixes over the years.) I would definitely hire United HVAC and Plumbing again for any needed repairs!
Extremely professional, explained the issue with our old water heater, the entire procedure, what to expect during new installation, dealing with manufacturer, insurance company etc. 10/10 service.
