Botched tummy tuck and botched revision. The doctor allowed his assistant to do the lipo instead of doing it himself wothout consulting me before I went under anesthesia. The assistant did not take out an even amount of fat during the lipo, leaving left hip bigger than the right and she did not remove enough fat on both sides.
