COMPLETELY UNREACHABLE! I need a 1099 that I did not receive for a fund rollover. I have called time and again only to be completely stonewalled by an impenetrable phone tree menu. Definitely don't keep your money at a company whose customer service system acts like a cable company or the DMV! UPDATE - apparently this review, or the vmail Ileft in complete frustration, triggered a response, FWIW, so I grudgingly add a star, but the underlying concern - inability to reach a human (or even a capable AI agent...) remains whole.
