This place is such a joke. I have primary and secondary insurances where my secondary will pick up whatever the primary deemed is my responsibility and this office made me pay a copay anyway. After my insurance processed my claim I had a credit on my account. I have been calling since February 2023 up to present and till this day no call back from accounting, office managers, and even corporate. I personally would never go back here or recommend anyone go see their doctors.

I have been going there for 2 years seeing mag. Loved her. When had left they didn't notify any of her patients. the new doctor didn't even call me for my televisit I had to call them at the end of the day if you have to do a urine test once a month. you have to be there about 2 to get your medicines some people have to work the. new doctor they have she is very rude she doesn't seem like she cares about people. This is the most unprofessional practice ever, first impressions are lasting my initial visit I waited in the room three hours and I was on time for a 9:30 a.m appointment. I initially wanted an annual exam and a physical form filled out. The new provider is very unprofessional as well as the staff except for Aleyse. I will never recommend this office to ANYONE!!!!!!!. Common sense is not that common even with all the degrees behind her name. Make no sense!!!!!!!
I visited the office recently and I finally had a pleasant experience with one of the front desk workers. I believe her name is Alease. I’ve been visiting that office for at least a year now, but always had negative and unprofessional experiences. Ms Alease was and is a breath of fresh air that your office needed. She was engaging, courteous and knowledgeable. I look forward to my next visit
