I used 2 day shipping from Amazon as a Prime member for many years. Until recently I had an incident when UPS driver lied and stated I authorized for them to ship my package to nearest access point! Not True! Called customer service rep and explained that I wanted them to pick up my package and redirect it back to the address. At first they stated yes, but when I asked to speak to a supervisor named Lorenzo apparently his first name, did not want to give me his last name, he stated that he can't guarentee of sameday shipment... read more

UPS small package division handled a 3rd party shipment that was picked up in Tukwila, WA and delivered to Menlo Park. The terms of the shipment was standard ground service (6 day) and I would pay for it on my account. This was the first time I used the assigned account with UPS. UPS messed it up. They billed Walgreen's Pharmacy instead. In addition, they charged them for next day air instead of ground service. DON'T USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They delivered my package to the wrong address. I stayed home all day yesterday, because I needed this package and it never come. I called at 5:37pm and asked where my package was and I was told "it will be delivered by 7:00. At 7:00pm - no package. I called first thing in the morning and I was told it was delivered.
