If you value your time or money, do not bother with this office. They did not validate insurance the day of treatment so they submitted to the wrong company and we have spent 2 years trying to get them to submit the correct claims. They refuse to assist my son further until we’ve paid the balance that should have been and was verified by the office to be covered. They do not respond to calls. Their billing person in the office less than the orthodontist is (once a week at best it seems)
