Terrible communication skills. Spoke to someone named Lyka on Dec. 16 about an inquiry to tour a rental property, took forever to respond (I always responded quickly), we finally agreed on a date on Jan. 7 (almost a month after) and scheduled for the next day (today) at 2 pm and got a confirmation.
