Had appointment at 8:30 but was told 8:00 I showed up and 8:00 for oil change and tire rotation. 20,000 mi servíce. 2.5 hrs later I was told seriously was done but I had other things that needed to be addressed ie cabin filter, tires, fuel filter. Car was out of garage and I would have to wait longer if I wanted those services. I live 20 miles away and needed to make arrangements because I still hadn’t eaten breakfast. I would’ve liked to be informed earlier before recommendations were made
Shirley M..at service was awesome! She was courteous and was able to get me in for a simple oil change, thank you.
My waiting time was only for about 55 minutes to get my vehicle. The service representative was very nice, helpful and friendly.
