Only 2-3 of the techs do a really good job here. The rest of them are terrible. Today, I went in for a fill and was assigned to chair 4 which was a tech who barely speaks English. She filed them down waaaay too short BEFORE asking what length I wanted. When she filed over the top of them, she was going to put more acrylic on them without even cutting off the old acrylic that was lifting. I had to ask her to do that! Got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. Pedicure was okay, not the cleanest polish and the massage was mediocre. She made my eyebrows WAYY too thin and they are not even at all. Has been inconsistent the last couple of times of trying to get my eyebrows done.
