Thank you United Mutual for dropping my coverage as a result of ONE claim. I’ve had this insurance company for 8 years and I’ve never made a claim until a TORNADO hit my home. If I could give you a negative rating I would. You hardly covered anything on my home and paid pennies to my out of pocket cost which was over $20k you paid me only 2k counting my deductible. Due to my contentious and numerous volume of calls, not liking their premiums that go up every year and telling them so I was told I wouldn't be renewed. This after being with them for 28 years. Guess I really disliked them. Agent didn't like me but wasn't man enough to tell me. Seems like I could have been transfered to another agent. Run from this company and agent . Ryan was given his father in laws clients when he retired didn't have to work to hard to get clients . If he had maybe he could take people getting upset when... read more
