SO THAT I am fair. I will say the items I have gotten are good. But the company and customer service is absolutely horrible. Ordered custom monogram set on July 20th. Never got an update. Sent email About 3 weeks later. Boom all the sudden it gets done and ships. But no response to email. Finally a whole month later the set comes in and it is wrong colors. I reach out nicely. I’ve followed and shopped UM for many, many tears! They only use high quality tees & sweatshirts ensuring that their products last and age with grace. I will never tire of a classic monogram but some of their newer trendier, styles are just as cute.

Customer service aside, the quality of the shirts are amazing. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to wear! And I did receive my order placed 6/24 on 7/15 so not terrible. Just wish I was kept in the loop while waiting.

I was so excited to receive these and gift this week but I never received my order. There has also been no response from emails sent either checking on the status.
Never received order. Am contesting the charges through PayPal after waiting 6 weeks with no merchandise, and no response from vendor.
