I placed an order on 8/15 for a few items from Ghost Cowboy. I received a tracking email on 9/6 but to date (10/9/2024) the carrier has not received the items. I wrote to Ghost Cowboy numerous times and with each reply they have stated numerous excuses. First they told me that my shipment must of gotten lost in the mail but they would be sending my items in a new shipment and that I could keep the other items if they showed up. I placed an order 30 days ago and still haven’t received my purchase. I’ve sent three emails and have not received a response to any of my emails. I’ve also posted on their social media page and no response there either. I’m highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
I placed an order on 9-15, just a sweatshirt, for my daughter’s birthday on 9-27! Still have not gotten it! When I sent an inquiry email, they replied back to a different person an email that was attached to my email! Weird hun? Anyway that email confirmed my order had been delivered to another state! Do NOT order from this company! They DO NOT ship items in a timely manner nor do they answer their phones. I ordered items August 31 for fall and I am still without my items as of October 1st. I am about to file complaint with my credit card. Don’t make the same mistake I have made; do not order from United Monograms.
Placed my first order with this company on September 5th with great expectations of receiving it within a couple of weeks. I had to reach out to them to get an update. At which an immediate response said it would take 3 days for me to get a response. Got a response after those three days, saying they were a little behind but it would ship soon. Order turn around time is exceeding expectations. I ordered 8/28 mid day. I got the email that they have my order and are working on it on 9/1. The turn around time was 12-17 business days, which is excessive in my opinion. I have now patiently waited and we are past the 17 business day mark without any packaging notice, shipping notice, etc. I ordered my sweatshirt because I wanted to wear it during the fall sports series my daughter is in. It’s so unfortunate, but I would not recommend this shop at all, communication and shipping “delays” are horrible and frustrating. My item is going on 8 weeks of not receiving. Please save your money and shop elsewhere. Also, there is a reason they have very limited reviews/comments on their social media post. They delete them all!
I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this business. Was told it would be 12 - 15 days, when I reached out to them from some form of update prior to the 15 days I received a generic response that it would actually be 12-17 days. I sent a follow up email regarding canceling the order, haven’t heard a response and then I sent a second follow up email a week later (7 calendar days) and I have received any type of response. I’m sure the product is great but the customer service feels subpar.
I have ordered from United Monograms a few times and the items are perfect. This last time I ordered on July 12, 2024 I have yet to receive my order. I emailed once and they answered and said they were backed up so it would be a little extra time. I’ve since emailed twice without a response, I have already paid and do not have any update.
