We have put in two large pieces of engineered glass within our loft floor. Install guys were polite and did a great job. Worked with Brad in sales, good dude.. Pricing and quality were as expected. Adding two more pieces into our kitchen floor.

I called this company to report one of their drivers driving while constanley looking at his cell phone and driving 60mph in a 75mph. Not exactly sure who this Brad fella is or why he thought it was ok to text me. I think he’s a franchise owner. Wanted to turn it around on me for reporting it. I mean let the driver kill someone on i35 and we will see how much the company would love to pay that lawsuit. Based on his response, he doesn’t care at all.

I see that this place has some not so great reviews but I had an excellent experience. Granted my issue was just a shower door sweep that was leaking (it had come off and I put it on backwards). Each time I called the service number I got right through and they were helpful. They guy sent to check out my issue texted me and showed up within a reasonable amount of time during the four hour window I was told. He was pleasant and good to work with. Shout out to Dave!
