I see that this place has some not so great reviews but I had an excellent experience. Granted my issue was just a shower door sweep that was leaking (it had come off and I put it on backwards). Each time I called the service number I got right through and they were helpful. They guy sent to check out my issue texted me and showed up within a reasonable amount of time during the four hour window I was told. He was pleasant and good to work with. Shout out to Dave! It took their service rep 7 weeks to return and complete a 10 minute job he called a "priority". When I called the office to ask why the rep was ignoring my text messages, the GM decided to yell at me because he had incomplete information. Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced, avoid working with United Mirror and Glass at all costs.
