I have been with United Merchant Services for many years and their service is top-notch. The customer service at their Califonia branch is very prompt and courteous and very responsive to my concerns and issues. I have used other merchant services and I always had problems in getting my issues resolved in timely manner. Credit card and payment processing can be a bit overwhelming but UMS never fails to disappoint with competitive prices and great customer service. This California branch that we work with is professional and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to get a good deal on processing and run your business more efficiently.
We own a few different businesses and we have always opted to go with UMS. Their customer care service is great. Always responsive and attentive to our needs. JR and Rick are great went it comes to answering to our issues/needs. Greatly recommended.
