Billing statements say a balance is due, was paid(have credit card statements) still getting bills for same amount, 3rd party is not getting anything done but sending out statements. Havent seen the doctor this was for in over a year.
Will not refund us for surgery procedure not performed by doctor and only gives the runaround.
Unwhiling to help. Very frustrating to work with. Wont resolve problems.
