On 9/2/2025 I was transported from Salem Township Hospital ER to SSM in Mount Vernon by Dillon and Mitch. They apologized in advance for a rough ride. I was in a lot of pain and Dillon helped distract me with conversation and kindness. Mitch and Dillon were compassionate, caring and very professional. I am so grateful we have EMT’s like this and a local Ambulance service. We are very fortunate. Thank you for everything. -Sonny Taylor
UMR is an EMS company with the most compassionate, intelligent and nicest employees. They are also very clean and put together. They never look like slobs or smell like slobs, like other EMS services do. UMR IS THE BEST AROUND!!!!
