They can improve in almost every way. Dont get me wrong, the physical therapy is pretty good aside from the fancy machine they advertise that doesnt work. The doctors barely show their faces, the nurses, especially charge nurses are the most rude people you will ever come across, between yelling at patients and their families, administering medications late and not telling patients what they are receiving. Nursing staff is slow to response to patient. Family Members get no return calls when voice mails are left for patient updates. In-room telephone does not work to call patient despite repeated requests for maintenance. Gym temperature is too cold for the elderly. Food is barely edible.
I have no words to describe how rude and unprofessional the Gonzales location is. I would not recommend ANYONE going there.
