Don't waste your time here. You need ten (10) pre-authorizations for everything. Need an appointment? You need pre-authorization for that too.

Some horrendous staff on the phones. They’re awfully efficient at hounding you to pay the balance, no matter how insignificant the amount. But try getting a refill on your prescription or an appointment. They act like they’re doing you a favor. You get placed on multiple long waits, transferred back n forth and when you do talk to someone you get surly passive aggressive tone. Last I checked I’m not on Medicaid nor Medicare. My insurance is valid and my money’s still green. Not the way to treat patients.

Dr.Bagade has not filled out my medical release for a surgery which was scheduled on September 15 then rescheduled for October 6 and is pending for don’t know when

Some of the front desk workers are horrible. They dont answer the phone when you call and when they do answer the phone they act like they are doing you a favor. If you leave a message good luck getting a call back. When you ask for the manager to put in a complaint they give you the run around. They need better management of this department.
