Been here an hour ago for x-ray walk in(no apportionment allowed), I was the first one since then and an hour later still waiting, asked the front desk staff few times then I found out my file was just left there and no body followed up….when I said I was the first one here since an hour ago, they didn’t think they have anything wrong, kept saying Im the next one, terrible experience. Hello, can someone please confirm my appointment tomorrow. Also, I never received the text with your address. Can someone confirm that too?
The website should be revised. I work in healthcare and my time is very limited. I got there for X Rays at 7am just so front desk can tell me that for X Rays they open at 8am. I explained that website says facility is open at 6am in which I believe that means the whole business not partially. I don’t live in area so I have no choice but to wait an hour and be late to work. So frustrating and so inconsiderate for patients especially when website is not accurate. Very poor unprofessional.
