I would not recommend this establishment. I was given an order for xray from urgent care doctor and told they accepted walk-ins. I arrived early when they opened. The ladies at the front desk were friendly, however unwilling to accommodate. I was told they were too booked and could not fit me in. Mind you there was 2 patients in the building. At Santa Clarita Imagining they will gladly accommodate walk-ins with 10 patients in the waiting room. I wasted time and gas to go all the way across town for absolutely nothing. I reco... read more
It’s 0835 and this office is not open. 8:30 opening mean exactly that. And, leaving a VM is not working. This is not a good start

Excellent customer service care from the moment I walk in to the moment I received my abdominal ultrasound! I had the pleasure of meeting the Ultrasound Technician Amy who was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and soft spoken. Amy goes above and beyond when it comes to providing such professional services… she continued throughout the whole process making sure I was okay.
