On Nov 13, 2025 I had appointment for lung scan. The tech was amazing he was so kind and courteous. Then I had a mammogram and she was the worst she was so mean rude and unprofessional. I left in tears it was the most horrible experience in the medical profession that I have experienced in the last 66 years of my life.
Make an appointment, its worth it. Gabriel my x-ray tech was very professional and kind. He helped me through all my x-rays and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!
One of my BEST customer service experiences I've had with Maria at this location. I called to make an appointment for an Ultrasound and the process was smooth after verifying patient and doctors information. Maria, was attentive, friendly, professional, and compassionate. She went beyond her way to help me complete my appointment. I can't say enough to show my gratitude for a beautiful human being that she is. The world is a better and beautiful place with people like hers! 🫶🪴
On 7/28 at 12:51 pm, the staff member who answered my call was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. After more than ten years of scheduling medical appointments for both of my parents, I have never been spoken to with such disrespect. If you are unable to leave your bad mood at home, you should not be working in healthcare where compassion and professionalism are expected.
