Great first-time experience! The receptionists were super friendly and quick to help. Dr. Melissa did my ultrasound and was by far the kindest and most considerate person who has ever performed this type of exam on me. She genuinely cared about how I was feeling, no pain or discomfort at all. She also showed concern for my symptoms and assured me that the results would be ready promptly so that I wouldn’t miss my next follow-up appointment. No their front desk is a bit of a mess. Why are we doing their work calling our doctors for an order. That’s between them and the doctor. After all they want our business… I’m going somewhere else.
I saw doctor Melissa today, she did an ultrasound and another test for my ovarian cyst. An unforgettable and life changing experience and appointment. Melissa was the sweetest soul I’ve ever met, especially in a medical office. She was kind, informative, supportive, educated, loving, compassionate and genuine. She really cares about her patients. I called to make an appointment and they made me send a referral through a text and then they also wanted a doctor order, so complicated !!! any other places they did not require this just making it so difficult also the woman or receptionist that answered had a really bad attitude so for sure do not go to this location they make it so hard from the beginning I imagine what kind of service they provide !!!!! Have had several abdominal ultrasounds here and it is always clean, on time and the personal are professional. It was easy to make an appointment and the front desk staff answered questions when I had them. It was easy to get the results too, so I could keep for my records.
