for parking they do charge, ok cool no problem with that.The Heads Up the Parking staff doesn't give you is their payment methods(i assumed that they’d take cash,card,apple pay) feel like they should give a heads up before you enter their parking lot that they don't Accept apple pay as a form of payment. I am beyond satisfied with my experience!!! 😍 I had my first MRI experience today, and as someone who is very claustrophobic, I was extremely nervous. But Dr. Arash Rad was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly professional, calm, and compassionate. From the very beginning he reassured me, talked me through the process, and kept checking on me the entire time to make sure I was okay. I’ve tired several times to schedule 2- MRI’s and I also emailed them the authorizations referral. Not sure who answers the phone, but they are rude. They keep putting you on hold and she still couldn’t schedule my MRI. She wanted a different type of authorization form. I asked to speak to the manager and she says hold on and hangs up. I tried calling twice and the call just goes straight to voicemail or or hangs up

So far is not great the place was empty and still took them more than 10 min to give us a paper to sight . There is 5 lazy females chitchatting laughing,but us who cares that we have to pay parking. I’ll tell my insurance not to ever send me here again because also the Hispanic with glasses on wasn’t to nice . I gave her our I’d cards and ignore me after the second time she just pulled the cards from my hand and said with a not so nice tone have a sit.
