I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated at this imaging center. I took my five-year-old son to his pediatrician because he was experiencing persistent abdominal pain. After examining him and giving him pain medication, the pediatrician ordered a KUB X-ray to be done right away. The pediatrician's office is on the second floor of the same building, so I went directly downstairs to the imaging center on the first floor with the order in hand. Kept calling and calling, left messages, requested callbacks, emailed them, no response or answer. I finally talk to someone and the referral for my mri had expired. How do they get any patients to perform these tests on if they can’t even answer the phone? If you have a choice, go elsewhere

They never answer the phone, I’ve been trying to make an appointment for months. I leave a message, request a call back, but no call back. I’ve even requested an appointment online. Guess I’ll die

for parking they do charge, ok cool no problem with that.The Heads Up the Parking staff doesn't give you is their payment methods(i assumed that they’d take cash,card,apple pay) feel like they should give a heads up before you enter their parking lot that they don't Accept apple pay as a form of payment. Exiting i was told that they didnt accept it.Thats when i told the lady that the gentleman didn’t say anything about that but she told me “we have signs that say no apple pay.”(i eventually got the cash) but still either way... read more
