Nice place but slow there is a lot of people. They need more employees
I can’t even get an appointment I call to schedule and they keep hanging up on me
I been going here for about 1 year . It clean and everyone I encounter with is very friendly. It about 40 min from where I live but I’m in and out very quickly.
Visited UMI earlier this December month to do ultrasounds and mammogram. The place is very clean. The nurse Melinda was very professional. I had to wait a little bit, due to a patient who stayed a bit longer. Otherwise first time experience was pleasant.
Very disorganized place. Came in for simple X-Rays, they misplaced my paper that said what kind of procedures I need. COVID safety procedures were only mitigated at the entrance. People were sleeping with open mouths and coughing without masks inside the facility without any intervention. I’d definitely recommend a different place to get your imaging done.
