Rude front office staff. Simple questions can't be answered without an attitude. Not very helpful. But they'll carry personal conversations happily- work on your customer service please. We are not here because we want to it's because we have to.
These reviews don't surprise me one bit. I've called four times and no one has called back. Shameful.
I tried calling this location from 8:30 am to 10:30 am with no answer. I decided to leave a voicemail, and it was full. How is this acceptable for a business? I have no idea what the in-person service is like, and I guess I will never find out since no one can be reached or bothered to clear the voicemail.
Called the Fountain Valley location 3 times to setup an appointment. Left messages NO returned calls. Called HB setup appointment right away.
