They really need to do something about their calls in regards to getting an appointment. Customer service is horrible. First I submitted the docs online to be able to get a call for an appointment. Did not get a call, so I called and waited for so long so I decided to opt for a call back. Please tell me why once I got a call back they put me on hold. Horrible customer service at this location. As you can see, I made 7 attempts to book an appointment here at the Fountain Valley location. After reading company reviews, I called Huntington - and they got me in same day on the 1st ring!
They dont pick up the phone. Voice mail is full, so I cant leave a message at all. AVOID THIS PLACE
