Trying to call over phone, on hold forever until call gets cut off at 5pm then it's no longer "during business hours" so you can't call. Fun waste your time with music and timer game.

I’m writing to share my experience with this place, and unfortunately, the service was horrible. I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time, and I arrived on time. However, I had to wait for one full hour after my scheduled appointment time. Once the delay had already passed, I spoke to the examiners to ask about what was causing the hold up and when I might be seen. Not sure what some of the reporting patients experienced but my own experience was great. They accommodated my tests, which were numerous and time consuming. They allowed me to rest between testing since I couldn’t stand to be flat for extended periods of time. They were patient and friendly. The young man doing the MRI was very good. I have had the same test at other facilities and I can tell you I’ll always request this one if possible. 5/5.
