Horrible customer service at this location. As you can see, I made 7 attempts to book an appointment here at the Fountain Valley location. After reading company reviews, I called Huntington - and they got me in same day on the 1st ring!
They dont pick up the phone. Voice mail is full, so I cant leave a message at all. AVOID THIS PLACE

If only the employees here could communicate with the other UMI's and really look at the patient orders. I could have handled my Three ultrasound done last week. But because I believe it was Evelyn didn't take the time to look at my order I had to have my doctor send them again.
