I walked in at 5:35 P.M. and had the place to myself. I didn't have an appointment. Routine chest X-ray was ordered by my PCP. The receptionist was helpful, kind and professional. The phone rang a lot but she was professional and helpful on the phone as well. I was finished by 5:48 and walking to my car. The X-ray tech was very helpful and kind. It was a little chilly in the office. So bring a jacket, other than that everything was great! I will return again as needed. NGL, not too soon I hope.😎👍🏻

Receptionists are rude and unfriendly. X-ray technician wa ver friendly and helpful.

Was here by Dr referral, but MUCH would have preferred going somewhere else. All 3 of the receptionist were EXTREMELY rude! (9/30/22 @ about 430pm) They all had attitudes and one actually said if I went outside, I'd miss my opportunity to be seen, even though the ACTUAL PATENT waiting was still sitting there, while telling another man it was just fine. Convenient location, open long hours 7 days (changed so not sure of times). Easy access since it's right inside bldg entrance. Chairs don't accommodate larger derriers, but you can wait on benches outside. Ultrasounds req apts which can be weeks/months out. Xrays are walk-in only & it's right by an urgent care so calling before you leave is helpful. You may still need to wait a while but not usually. Front office staff is helpful but don't have orders faxed...they don't always get thru & can take several tries. Techs here ar... read more
