I enjoy working with Thomas because I always feel sore afterwards so I know I had a great workout. I picked him as my personal trainer because of his energy and enthusiasm, he’s always so motivating. I get a better workout in a short period of time working with him than by myself. I definitely recommend Thomas as a personal trainer!
Hi I am writing this review about my personal experience. This place is the best gym where I feel great going and working out. The staff here are all so supportive of your health and well being. When you walk in there is alway someone greeting you at the door sometimes by name. The gym is very clean and very well managed and maintain. They have lots of classes that they offer every week. United Medical Fitness Today was my first appointment with Jon Bergh, PT, who is Director of Physical Therapy, to get a plan on how to rehab my knee injury that I got from a fall while snow skiing in Mammoth. First, getting checked in by the staff who were so caring and welcoming, my fear of the unknown immediately vanished. Meeting Jon was amazing he’s so kind knowledgeable and professional.
