Gastroenterogy Encinitas office. Terrible experience. They scheduled my appointment and called me the day of to cancel due to appointment scheduled during their lunch hour. They tried to schedule me a week later via a virtual versus a direct face-to-face appointment. No consideration for patient time. No apology. Very disrespectful. Front office. In the summer of 2024 my Endometriosis surgeon wanted me to get a colonoscopy and endoscopy done before my excision surgery to rule anything else out. She recommended Untied MD because they can get you in fast. I saw PA Colleen Herr, got both procedures done. Endoscopy showed pre stages of barrets esophagus and Colleen said that means I need to take an acid reducer. This is by far the worst doctor's office I've ever been to. They scheduled me for procedures that weren't covered by my insurance, never returned my calls about billing issues, and tried to bill me for services from two years ago that I had already paid for at the time. They make an already frustrating medical system even worse. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable GI elsewhere.
