The wait time was extremely short, and Jacob Heiser is fantastic. He listens to your issues and provides a thoughtful, clear, and insightful path forward. The staff are all courteous, timely, and efficient. 10/10!
I like that Dr Lim is a "hands On" doctor (now) didn't use to be she's very personable, listens and responds directly to my concerns, accommodated me when my medicine was lost & my insurance wouldn't allow a premature refill, giving me meds from the office and Other meds until I was able to get back on my regimen. Itsa 👍🏽 for me.
