The waiting time for Dr.Xu is too long at least an hour. If you have toddler like me be prepare to wait before you come.
Do not book an appointment with Dr Xu, if you are happy to wait 90 mins or even longer, the male receptionist told patients that it is patient’s responsibility to contact reception team to confirm Dr Xu is running her appointment on schedule. What a ridiculous practice.
Stay away. You make a booking and the Doctors don't show up. No call. No message. No apology Just no show. And this happens again and again. Dr Foo is an amazing Doctor and always lovely and on time. But everyone else is rude and incompetent.
I've expected some professional medical advise from Dr Xu but I was so disappointed and frustrated about her at all,, stay away from this clinic. I'll never be back.
The best clinic hands down. We have tried multiple clinics but found the doctors here to be patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Yes, you might have a long wait, but that's because they take their time with each patient and try to get to bottom of the issue not just treat the symptoms. Dr Agnes is our doctor and even though we have moved to SA, we see her for a check up when in Melbourne.
