I think Dr Juliana and Dr Eunice are great GPs concerning women’s health. Hard to get an appt in if it isn’t scheduled but honestly these GPs are doing their best, I believe! Perhaps one thing to make it more user friendly- Centre management can reinstate Hotdoc to make it easier for client bookings as it’s easier than Automed
Don’t attend if unless willing to wait 1 and half to 2 hours.. both times had to wait hours after appointment . worst clinic as doctor eats lunch and rest when our booking was 11:10 and even after 1pm.. still not seen by dr Jing… avoid this place at all cost.. not worth it
Dr Jing is a good doctor but unfortunately, the biggest problem I have with her is the fact she’s always running late. I have to wait for an hour, sometimes 1.5 hrs to see her & sometimes have to cancel as I have other appointments to attend to. I suggest Dr Jing to try & have less patients per day as it’s really not nice to have to wait all the time. I am not the only one annoyed by this. Many are. Please do something. Thank you.
I made an appointment and waited an hour. What’s the point of making an appointment if it just wastes people's time? The receptionist told me I was next, but I waited for nearly two or three without being seen. Others who arrived after me were taken in first! I’m really frustrated with your service.
1st review: The clinic has decreased their quality massively lately, Doctors are always behind schedules, expecting wait time 1-2 hours after the schedule, reception is rude, booking system is outdated, time management of this clinic is really bad; given the same fee but long wait time and normal quality of doctors, better to go somewhere else nearby the area.
