Extremely long waiting time, has been wait for more than one hour for just a normal consultation. And again, that’s for doctor Xu as well
Dr Jing Xu is an exceptional doctor — kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, follow up on past issues, and ensure you feel heard and supported. Her professionalism and compassion are rare. I feel very lucky to have found her and highly recommend her.

Dr. Jing Xu is an exceptional practitioner who truly cares about her patients. While she’s often booked out and behind schedule, it’s because she doesn’t treat her appointments as just ticking boxes. She takes the time to carefully consider and diagnose each case, which is rare to find. If you have a genuine concern and need a doctor who goes in-depth, I highly recommend her. This one star is specifically for Jing Xu. If I could give her NO stars I would. I had an appointment booked to see her at 9:15am. On my way, almost there and I get a call that she won’t be in til 10:30. I go back home and have a phone appointment instead. She doesn’t even call within the promised time frame and she has the audacity to tell me ‘you should have come in’ and ‘what do you want me to do about it?’.
