Hours of waiting despite being on time - always running one hour late. Why don’t you schedule hour long appointments instead when 15 minute appointments are simply unrealistic?
It was a pretty frustrating experience. I booked a phone consultation with Dr Xu at 14:15 and completely understand that delays can happen—doctors can run late or spend extra time with patients, and a 15–30 minute delay is reasonable. However, when I called reception, I was told the doctor would only do phone consultations after seeing all in-person patients. Extremely long waiting time, has been wait for more than one hour for just a normal consultation. And again, that’s for doctor Xu as well
Dr Jing Xu is an exceptional doctor — kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, follow up on past issues, and ensure you feel heard and supported. Her professionalism and compassion are rare. I feel very lucky to have found her and highly recommend her.
