Really disappointed. Booked an appointment for 11:30am for a phone consultation, it noted in the app that the dr was running an hr behind. Waited until 1:30 no call, I contacted the clinic and was advised that the dr likes to do her calls after hrs it's is now 6:25pm and I have heard nothing no call, no update nothing. This is beyond frustrating.
Although I’ve had some unpleasant waiting experiences at this clinic in the past, I truly appreciated the care and patience Jimmy showed during my visit yesterday. He took the time to explain my condition clearly and thoroughly, and I found this experience to be very positive. I’m truly grateful for his treatment and support.
What a joke of a medical clinic. 1 hour wait for a piece of paper and 80 dollars. This place should be shut down. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Do not come here.
First time using the clinic, and I'm not impressed at all!! Horrible wait times that are apparently this is normal for that doctor. The appointment was at 1030 its now 1140, and there are still at least 1 to 2 people in front of me. A once off wait is understandable, but the people i have been sitting with have been waiting for 2hrs. They also still charge you no matter how late they are running... maybe the doctor should be free if they are over an hour late and maybe that might encourage them to be better with their patien... read more
I don't know her name but the young receptionist with the long black hair needs to have an attitude adjustment she was so rude to me yesterday and made me feel like an idiot I will be getting her name and I will be putting in a formal complaint
