Probably the worst call I’ve had with a medical receptionist — disrespectful, constantly interrupting while I was talking and offering no help. The doctors themselves are professional and great, but the front-desk experience really lets the clinic down.
Good customer service.
The admin has zero knowledge of how to speak and very bad temper. I asked a question in relation to book an appointment and she started shouting "LISTEN". No understanding what is the question or how to answer the phone. Service is very poor. Doctors should replace this unprofessional admin from the centre.
Really good doctors, very happy with their service. Saw a lot of bad reviews about the receptionists but personally have never had an issue with them. Highly recommend the doctors .
