The admin has zero knowledge of how to speak and very bad temper. I asked a question in relation to book an appointment and she started shouting "LISTEN". No understanding what is the question or how to answer the phone. Service is very poor. Doctors should replace this unprofessional admin from the centre.
Really good doctors, very happy with their service. Saw a lot of bad reviews about the receptionists but personally have never had an issue with them. Highly recommend the doctors .
Called to book a Gp and the reception is saying they dont take new patient unless the old patient die.
Worst medical centre. Really bad receptionists.
