Really disappointed with the experience at this medical centre. The receptionist I dealt with was extremely rude and dismissive. A bit of kindness and professionalism goes a long way, especially in a healthcare setting where people may already be stressed. The doctors may be good, but the front desk attitude made the whole visit uncomfortable. I hope management addresses how patients are spoken to.

Dr. Kurdo is absolutely awesome. It is rare to find a physician who is as professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. If the rating were based solely on the quality of the doctor, it would be a perfect five stars without question. However, the front desk girl, the experience is an absolute disgrace. Dr. Kurdo and Dr. Khalid are excellent doctors professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. I would rate them 5 stars for their medical care. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist, Nuha, has been very disappointing. She is often rude and does not communicate respectfully with patients. When someone is already dealing with pain or illness, kindness and professionalism are essential. Probably the worst call I’ve had with a medical receptionist — disrespectful, constantly interrupting while I was talking and offering no help. The doctors themselves are professional and great, but the front-desk experience really lets the clinic down.
