Everytime I come here it's always a mess front desk takes forever to take you in. I got here more than 15 minutes before my appointment and they decided to take in a walk in patient instead of me who called ahead of time to make an appointment.
I had some waiting to do, but it was expected due to the holiday. I had great service.
2 weeks for a ultrasound order, the administration it's a mess, 2 weeks without the laboratory, results and maybe have to wait more, bad service, they blame the application, my health record, they don't upload the information, they don't contact the insurance companies, how it's possible?? they play with the health of the patients, when something really bad happens will be their fault.
They never answer the phone calls . The Dr.’s are booked months ahead. You need to hire more Dr.’s and receptionist.
It’s pretty sad that they ask you to come in for an appointment then they tell you oh your referral is expired which should have been checked prior to calling patient…right …. You call your doctor to have them send a referral they tell you we got it make another appointment then instead of checking they wait for the appointment time… you show up then they tell your we don’t have your referral that the day before told you they received the referral so had to call the other doctor to have them send again the referral…that to m... read more
