Poor communication. They do not return calls or have someone who can answer your questions. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.
Untimely oxygen delivery. The staff lies about the reasons . O2 concentrators break down due to lack of service people and/complacency. While waiting for a new O2 concentrator they delivered larger bottles with leaky valves. This place should be held to a better standard or closed down before they harm someone seriously bad if they've not already done so.
