Extremely disappointed in the service and we received. We originally had this company come out to service our air conditioner, but the job was not done properly—pieces were missing, and the system was still not functioning. We were told a part had to be fixed and that they couldn’t test the system until temperatures dropped. When we were finally able to test it, the AC still didn’t work. We have had great experiences with United Mechanical for the last several years. Their technicians have a higher level of knowledge and proficiency than anyone with have dealt with, particularly for large commercial units (50 tons). Their office and billing staff are also nice and helpful.
