We went to United Lumber Home Hardware looking for stove element on Tuesday. The gentleman who helped, his name was Paul. The piece we were looking for they did not stock. Paul said he would check element with a multimeter. Came back said he had none in the backroom. So he told us if he could take the element home he would check and bring it to our house. Sure enough, Paul came by and drop off the element. Paul thank you so much for your help. Very honest and trustworthy gentleman.

Sales associate Jake, ensured that I was knowledgeable about my purchase and ensured that the item was in stock: upon confirmation, the item was promptly selected from the back. Just before this Christmas holidays shopping for some drywall and lumber I had the pleasure of dealing with Chico from the lumber yard and his guys. These young guys acted fast and timely and were polite. It was snowing and very cold out and it was about 10 minutes before they closed and the fella Chico said it was no problem at all. Very polite crew and the supervisor Chico was pleasant to speak with.
