I have always been generally pleased with Home Hardware shopping experiences and living in a rural area myself often this the only hardware/building supplies store around and I never hesitated in supporting a Canadian brand. However this particular experience left a pretty bitter feeling about the brand. I was passing by this Bolton location on March 19th about 15 minutes before closing time and pulled in to quickly pickup a few plumbing parts to repair my bathtub faucet.
