We've had multiple family members stay at ULC, and I have spent many hours visiting them. The staff felt like family, and they genuinely cared about their residents. They consistently do the right thing, even when no one is watching. One example that stood out to me was when I observed a staff member grilling hot dogs. One accidentally fell on the ground, and instead of simply wiping it off and putting it back with the others, she made a point to dispose of it properly. The management here, as a whole, really misses the mark. There's a clear lack of direction and it feels like no one's on the same page, which just trickles down and makes everything more difficult for everyone else. 10/10 DO NOT recommend, if I could leave a 0 star review I would.
Not good.
I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the way they treat their employees at this place. While visiting my grandfather earlier this week, I overheard one of the upper supervisor/managers scolding one of their employees for not being able to bend over and wipe something off of the floor..... what deeply disturbed me was that this employee was obviously and visibly very pregnant and a young lady.
