WORST WORST WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE!!! Go to any other service provider. They do not return calls. You cannot get beyond the officious call centre person who answers the phone. They DO NOT fix the problem. You CANNOT speak to anyone in the organisation. In the last few weeks people have been trapped in our lift 4 times and it is still not working properly even though we pay for a technician to come out for every event.

Deserves a 0 star if that were possible in google reviews. We had to call a technician out THREE times in one day because they can’t fix a lift and are just basically milking money out of us.

Old adage goes, you get what you pay for. The lower extreme probably applies to this lot. Barely better than a handyman with a computer. Our experience so far: - Unable to source parts in a timely manner for your run of the mill 2010 Schindler lift. - Inability to think outside the box to restore lift service, insisting on selling their already aged VT call system, whilst leaving one of our lifts inoperable for months. - Knowingly allowing lifts to operate in an unsafe manner.
