TERRIBLE company. We've been waiting 4 weeks and counting for the lift to be repaired in our building. Utterly useless and SLOW!
WORST WORST WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE!!! Go to any other service provider. They do not return calls. You cannot get beyond the officious call centre person who answers the phone. They DO NOT fix the problem. You CANNOT speak to anyone in the organisation. In the last few weeks people have been trapped in our lift 4 times and it is still not working properly even though we pay for a technician to come out for every event.
